Shipping

All orders are shipped UPS, FedEx Ground, or common carrier of our choice unless otherwise requested. Full containers are shipped steamship line of our choice unless otherwise requested. Items will be shipped as they become available and backorders will ship without notice. Ibolili is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred for residential, inside, or reconsigned deliveries.

Shipping Damages

Damages in transit are the responsibility of the freight carrier. Your shipment has been quality inspected and will leave our dock or port of loading in perfect condition. Please inspect your shipment carefully and note any damages upon receipt. Claims for damages must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt to delivering carrier. Ibolili is not responsible for damages in transit.

CLAIM FORM: Please log to your account, a claim form is available for your convenience. All required information will be part of the process. Be prepared to submit item and package pictures of damage as required by carriers.

All prices are FOB Greensboro NC except full containers will are FOB port of loading. Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to sell or refuse to sell our products to any customer.
